We endeavour to ensure that you will be happy with all your purchases. If for some reason you are not, we’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on as detailed below:

We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that may have occurred while your goods were in transit.

We only provide refunds for goods that have a clear manufacturing defect, in all other cases we only offer exchanges.

All returns must be done within seven (7) days of purchase with valid proof of purchase.

All refunds will be made via the payment method determined to be most suitable by us at the time of your request and will be processed within 14 business days of your request.

Goods can only be exchanged with items of equal or lesser value. We will unfortunately be unable to refund the difference if the exchange item is of lesser value.

At this time, we can only offer free returns on refundable goods within Nairobi. For exchanges, and all addresses outside of Nairobi, you would have to bear the full cost of both delivery and returns. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage of goods in transit to us.

In cases where returns may not be feasible from a cost perspective and a clear manufacturing defect has been identified, we will generate an in-store coupon which can be used for your next purchase.

Returns / Exchanges are only applicable to online purchases.
